Kurt Nielsen was born 1974 in Nanaimo B.C Canada.
- Age 8 became a self recognized visual artist through the recognition and praise of classmates primarily working in pencil.
- Without guitar lessons Kurt intuitively learned to play guitar starting at age 13. In grade 4 elementary school Kurt recieved instruction to learn how to play the recorder and in Grade 7 Secondary School was taught the snare drum.
