Asbestos was a metal band from Kilgore, TX that ran its course from 1997 to 2002. Asbestos' music is a blend of all things heavy. The band started in 1997 when Chris Ott, Garrett Schleier, Jeff Leppert and Brian Johnson combined their talents to form a brand new kind of band for tiny Kilgore.
