Arturo Fuentes (Mexico 1975) has lived in Europe since 1997 where he has been active as a composer of electroacoustic and instrumental music.
His next projects are the musical composition and sound design of the “Line of Oblivion”, a new piece for dance, electronics and video, in collaboration with Johanne Saunier, Jim Clayburgh, Garth Knox and Ictus Ensemble, produced by joji inc. Alberto Rosado [pianist, Madrid], Annelie Gahl [violinist, Viena], Sophie Dardeau [flutist, Paris], ensemble mosaik [Berlin], Icarus Ensemble, MDI Ensemble [Milan], Smash Ensemble [Salamanca] and the Curius Chamber Players [Stockholm] will premiere pieces by Arturo Fuentes in 2009-2010.
