My dad bought me a Fisher Price cassette player and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band when I was six or so. Ever since I've been trying to create the sort of punchy, creative, melodic music I heard on that little yellow box. Jim Nugent (formerly of Extra Large), Justin Burrows (formerly of Happy Now) and Ron Bebe (of countless bay area bands) brought that melodic punch with plenty of genre variety from Americana, to reggae, to good old rock. We live and gig in Santa Cruz and our currently looking for a new drummer.
