Edmond Ogedengbe, better known as Me3, has had a sincerely love of music since he was young. He first became passionate about hip hop at the young age of 14, but once his father passed away, Me3 realized that making music was something he wanted to do for his entire life.
Me3 grew up in the South Bronx, where a hostile environment full of drugs and gun violence surrounded him. Life was and still is hard, but music not only gave him an outlet to share his struggles, but also a sense of purpose that prevented him from falling into the negative environment around him. In addition to his life experiences, Me3 also draws inspiration to make music from his younger brother Osaro (Sole Grunt) and brother Malik (Napalm). These brothers have worked together since the beginning of their music days and remain close and supportive of each other as they each pursue their music dreams.
Today, Me3 makes hip hop songs for several solo projects. He has released four mixtapes: My Life, Animated Love, 90s Kid, and his newest one, Drama Club. In addition to creating his own music, he also is a part of the rap group, Ragnarok, which consists of his younger brother Sole Grunt, his close friend Josue (SENTRY), and two friends P.O.P and Jarel.
Above all, Me3 hopes that his music will help restore hope and give positivity in his city, something more rewarding than winning a Grammy. Find out more about Me3 and listen to his music by visiting...
