“I don’t want to simply change with the times, I want to be the reason the times change” – This statement embodies everything music artist King Kash stands for and gives us an insight into his creative vision. Born in Ukraine to Ugandan parents & raised in Walthamstow, East London by age tender age of 8 he had already started rapping whilst being a cellist in his school orchestra. The artist / producer, who is also an Engineering Science graduate from London’s Queen Mary University has gone on to perform in venues across the U.K.
Leaving no stone unturned King Kash has built his support from the ground up whether it be from from Local radio stations to industry tastemakers such as: SBTV & Flavour Magazine. Keen to present his music in its best light, a major part of his campaign has been self-funding and organising his own shows since 2006. Having gone from selling his first Mixtape in the streets of London’s West End to performing at the London 2012 Paralympic games King Kash’s vision knows no bounds. King Kash is currently working on the follow up to his 2012 EP “Worth the Wait”
