Mano Kane / Bio

Mano Kane is a rock band from Honolulu, Hawaii. They enjoy singing harmonies, recording on vintage tape machines, and night swimming. They have opened for The Alabama Shakes, Leon Russell, and Of Montreal. Lead singer Chris "Hitchcock" Chorney has played cello on many Kanye West/G.O.O.D. Music releases including My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Watch The Throne, and Yeezus; most notably performing the cello solo at the beginning of the song "All of The Lights". Their name means "Shark Man" in Hawaiian. They love classic rock, surf, and classical music. Their sound is raw, energetic, and powerful.
