I've been jumping in and out and all around music since I decided I wanted to write songs when I was twelve. I've played piano by ear since I was a kid, started playing drums in high school, and would love to be a better guitar and bass player. For years I ignored my own inspiration and instead ducked around the outskirts of the industry, as the former webmaster for Lita Ford and The Runaways, then focused instead on my mother during her battle against ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
After my mother's death I had the great fortune to be scooped up by part of the hyperactive and rapidly growing hippie-fairy-folk-rock-alternative-undefinable local music community. I have been more inspired in the last year than I'd ever been in all my previous years combined, so over time I will continue posting the songs I write and put together in my little converted garage studio. While I am more of a rocker at heart, my stuff tends to drift depending on what or who inspired the song in question.
