Mizz Ya-Yo AKA Petty Betty is a white female rapper born and raised in Calumet Park, a south suburb of Chicago. She began writing poetry at the age of 13 and by the age of 15 the scribbles in her notebook became raps. Influenced by gangsta rappers such as Tupac, Scarface, and Eazy-E,as well as various Chicago artists such as Twista,Psyco Drama and Shawnna. She has always had a love for music and soon formed a group with best friend 2Buk called B.O.S.S.(Bitches On Shiesty Shit), which later changed to Polichikz. They began recording with well established producer Dayroc of Rude-Control Productions. Lifes roads took them different ways but Mizz Ya-Yo never gave up and continued on as a solo artist. She has blessed various stages throughout the Chicago land area and even opened up for Bizzy Bone of Bone Thugs and Harmony,Young Buck of G-Unit,Shawwna,and Do or Die. She describes her style as vulgar and very up front often saying aloud what most only think. Combining her rapid flow and raunchy delivery Ya-Yo wants to be the new voice for females across the world. Her single "My Baby Daddy Aint Shit" tells her story of being a fed up single mother which many females throughout the world can relate to.
