Born as the June Dairy Baby in a small farming community of Payette, Idaho. L.C. grew up listening to some of the great classic country singer/songwriters such as; Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Johnny Cash. L.C.’s music is folk storytelling with a country twang.
L.C’s first solo album, “All that Remains”, in 2005, features songs that won her awards, such as; The San Diego Songwriters Guild award and the COSA Song of the year award. Later that year, L.C. collaborated with Grammy award winning songwriter/producer Charlie Midnight and other talented writers which include Buck Johnson, Kevin Declue and Joel Soyffer on her second album "Goodwill”. The album included a re-make of her song “All That Remains” which earned her the recognition on the KLOS Mark and Brian Show, who named L.C. “One of the Top LA Bands” in 2008.
In 2010, L.C. was asked to open for Grammy nominated country artist, Jo Dee Messina, at the Tower Theater in Bend, OR. In June 2011, L.C. was featured on a new web series, “A Drink with Dave”, hosted by former MTV personality & current FX Channel host, David Holmes.
In the fall of 2011, L.C. released her third album, “Average American”; produced by Alan Mirikitani (BB Chung King) a successful blues rock musician, and Grammy winning songwriter. In it is a vibrant collection of classic country storytelling and heartfelt ballads that bring home that old country zest for the modern day audience. “Average American” is currently receiving airplay on AAA radio and various Internet stations, and is now available on iTunes.
In 2013 L.C. completed a Northwest American Tour which includes dates such as; The Sisters Folk Festival and The Drake Park 4th of July Festival and The Deshutes Fairgrounds.
L.C. is currently recording and performing in Nashville, Tennessee.
