Winston Apple / Bio

Winston began his musical career singing and playing drums in Kansas City area rock bands. As his interest in songwriting began to develop, he switched to keyboards and then learned to "bang out a few chords" on guitar as well.
He has recorded 12 albums. His song "Shoot 'em Up, Cowboy" garnered a record deal with Monument Records and spent 9 weeks on Record World's singles chart.
Winston is a dynamic performer. He clearly loves singing and playing in front of a crowd. His wry sense of humor and love of music are evident in every performance.
He is currently performing as "The Winston Apple Show" - a mostly musical, multi-media performance art project. The show is basically a live band interacting with video, featuring a mix of original material and unique versions of cover songs, with a bit of comedy mixed in, primarily via video.
