In 2006 Jericko Digigost born Josh Blake Earl in Decatur, Georgia set out to pursue a career in music production. Working with the basics ( FL Studio) like most starting producers, he began crafting a sound that was like no other. He picked up the bass guitar in late 2006 and began his musical journey, playing with multiple bands through out 2007 - present. Being the low end salvation for multiple Atlanta Hip - Hop bands including Sa'j 7 and Heavy Mojo, as well as hardcore/ grindcore bands such as Ophan Grinder and Las Vegas Indie Dance Rock Group Cynics. Jericko began creating his own musical persona, therefore creating his stage name Digigost which was derived from his first solo EP Titled " Digigtal Ghost", in which he released in October 2010. From there he made his debut on the Atlanta Hip/hop , Indie Rock Underground scene as a dynamic performer who's amazing stage presence and musical ability caught the eye's /ears of local underground radio host from Emory University Radio as well as Radio Host Tino Panama on a local AM station. Playing gigs around Atlanta as a solo performer who occasionally, preferably for live events, uses the most talented A-1 players in Atlanta whom he has gained long lasting friendships with. As a self- produced artist Digigost has made remarkable improvements to his sound and musical ability, challenging himself to take the next step in the evolution of his sound. That would be proven on his debut album titled " Z.O.E. ( Zephyrs of Enigma)", which was released in Jun 2013. This album prove his ability to make a album that was completely different from anything that was and has come out on the music scene. This 13 track album consist of songs that push the status quo of music coming from an urban artist. With songs like " Summer My Number" and "Survive" it definitely shows that Digigost is an artist of supreme and creativity and originality. Along with putting on the director's hat in shooting his own music videos he's also been trying his hand at scoring movies. His debut film composition "Suture" a short film by director Todd Jacobs is another testament to his amazing creativity and musicianship. Digigost is currently planning a tour to promote his previous releases as well as preparing to enter the studio for his sophomore release that's projected for a early 2015 release.
