Anadelia's sultry sound and classic style evolved from being influenced at a young age by jazz and blues. Convinced she was born in the wrong era, she dove into listening to artists long passed. She always had a flair for theatrics, and craved to put on a show for any audience willing to watch. She took to the stage at the tender age of ten, singing "Hopelessly Devoted To You" from her favorite musical, Grease. At the time, she caught the attention of Sony Records and met with them to discuss a possible future. Unfortunately, she was too young to be signed, but from that moment on she knew her ultimate goal in life was to be a singer.
Born and raised in New Jersey, minutes away from New York City, Anadelia educated herself in theatre and pop culture throughout her teens. She performed in various talent shows, and began writing her own songs. After studying towards a degree in Music Theatre, she decided to head in a different direction, and work towards making a name for herself. After taking time to write and produce her own work, Anadelia unveiled her original material at "Reflecting The Current" a showcase celebrating local talent. Getting rave reviews from the audience for one song in particular, "Woman Gone Mad," she set out to make a music video. She wanted to paint an accurate portrait of a troubled woman coping with the sins she's committed. Her dramatic stage presence has been illuminated by her latest music, performances fusing pop and jazz with a burlesque feel. Her Latin background and culture provides a sizzling quality to her sound, and a raw edge to her live shows. Anadelia continues to write, produce, and perform in venues all over New York and New Jersey. She currently hopes to appeal to the masses with an album one day inspired by her rebirth, human nature, and female empowerment.
