Well it's been over 20 years since Johnny and I started this crazy ride. We started out in Detroit as The 13th Floor. We quickly started playing all the clubs sharing the stage with Seduce, The Trash Brats, The Meanies, Ugly But Proud, Almighty Lumberjacks of Death and many other bands in Detroit. We played everywhere we could but Blondies on the westside was our home away from home (geting our asses kicked by the westside punkrockers was an added bonus each time we arrived at the club). After a short time we started to headline shows and get a good following. Then we decided to roll the dice and move to Los Angeles and never looked back. We played every club from The Whiskey to Bar Deluxe...you name it we played there. We went thru a lot of bass players, R.I.P. Alex. We made alot of great music together. So for now that's about it. It's been great getting back together, and with the addition of George Wright from Ugly But Proud on bass and SickBoyTodd Bishop on rhythm guitar, The Neuritics are sounding better than ever. Keep an eye out for future shows and a record in summer 2010.
