Deep in the bowels of Miami Fla. before the turn of the century.Kreamy 'Lectric Santa formed Spawned from the same punk rock/Noise/underground/ etc scene as their legendary cohorts Harry Pussy, Stun Gunz, Los Canadians, Laundry room squelchers and Cavity. KLS created a sound which integrated myriad influences, including Gong, Crass, Gang of four, Faust, 13th Floor Elevators, Mothers of invention, Small Faces, Swell Maps and The Sun City Girls. Through the years, the sound of KLS has evolved, receiving both praise and punctuated question marks from the press. The new album -Operation Spacetime Cynderblock- "4 riddles of the spheres" reinforces the bands wild abandon and creative diversity Thu remaining steadfast in their often questionable de-constructive marketing tactics. They have been receiving steady airplay on WFMU, KFJC, KDVS and KALX among many others. This somewhat explains why one anonymous critic called them 'The next obscure thing'
