William Benjamin, AKA White Boy Will was born and raised in North Portland where he gained his footing in the local music scene. For years Will was one of the powerhouse players behind the scenes of Portland, Oregon's biggest and most infamous record label, Jus Family Records. (Cool Nutz, Bosko) For many years Will was in charge of street promotions and merchandising for Jus Family.
While working hard behind the scenes of the music biz Will fathered two special needs children with Autism and became their sole care giver and parent by himself. Never one to let struggle and strife hold him back. Will continued to excel as a street promoter, concert promoter and record producer.
In the early millennium White Boy Will joined forces with Eastside Records and helped artist/owner Bullet release many records. After going on countless road trips, tours and promotional runs, Will went on to develop his own record label, Vision Music Group.
His first move was obtaining the rights to rapper and pimp Todd G's debut album Bail Money. After Vibe Magazine published an article about the project, Will released the album again featuring E-40, San Quinn, Baby Bash and more.
Today will is the flagship artist and president of Vision Music Group and continues to promote shows, records and the hip hop lifestyle to which he accredits as his culture and life calling. In 2010 Will released his 1st solo album Roguish Game. Then a CD single in 2012 titled Let You Tell It featuring Bay Area legend B-Legit of The Click and Shaol Sosa. White Boy Will has worked with countless artists and is preparing to release his 2nd solo album Breaking Bad in 2014 which features appearances by artist such as E-40, Bosko, Richie Rich, Arjay, Bubba Sparxxx, Bun B, San Quinn, B-Legit, Cool Nutz, Levitti, Spice 1, Jay Tee (of N2Deep) C-Bo, Luni Coleone, Dante Thomas and more.
