With music that can be categorized as inspirational and thought provoking, Martin Rodriguez is a singer/songwriter who writes songs about life, love and emotion. Originally from out west, Martin now calls Nashville, TN. his home and keeps a busy schedule playing around town and throughout the Southeast.

Martin Rodriguez grew up in Southern California and started playing the guitar at the ripe old age of 13 years old. A year later he was in a band and playing his first gig, starting a long professional musical career that has spanned 30 years. After high school he attended Middle Tennessee State University where he studied music recording and engineering and played in bands that covered everything from Country to Blues to Rock. He has worked with and shared the stage with such notables as Wide Spread Panic, The Nighthawks, Jack Pearson (Allman Brothers), Moe Denham (Tony Joe White). He also has recorded and performed with producer Leonard Wolf (Garth Brooks, Dr. Hook) and written songs for McGraw Music. Currently he performs with Nashville favorites The San Rafael Band and singer/songwriter Melody Guy as well as working as a solo acoustic artist performing his own original material.
