My name is John Craig. I am known as a guitarist, but I refer to myself as a musician. I play different instruments and I love many kinds of music. I am a writer, arranger and producer. I have produced hundreds of records. Some of them were hits. I wrote and produced "Little More Understanding and Little More Love," on True Soul Records under the name Johnny and Deloris. Deloris was my wife at that time. I wrote and produced "Someone Is Crying," for the Loving Sisters, which was the number one female gospel group in the nation on ABC/Peacock Records. "I Get A Groove" was recorded on Toddling Town Records with Thomas East and The Fabulous Play Boys of which I was a member. This record placed third on the national chart. I have toured the USA, Canada, Europe and many other countries as a guitarist with Ike and Tina Turner and others. I have played the blues for more than 40 years. There is more to the blues than words and music. To know the blues you must pay some dues. I know the blues. I live them everyday. I feel my music comes through me rather than from me. I am strong believer in love. It reflects in my music and my life. I feel that it is good to give love but even better when it is received. "KEEP IT ON THE ONE....THE "ONE" IS "LOVE" +
