The Helljacks are working class northerners with our own brand of southern influenced Rock and Country music. As a sideman for Cub Koda(Brownsville Station),Noah Hunt(Kenny Wayne Sheperd)and Blues Lyne....Miller honed his performing style.Rockabilly legend Sleepy LaBeef taught him Swamp style guitar and Cub influenced him more than anyone else."Sleepy and the late great Cub Koda are family forever.Drummer Red MacCormack is more than that if there is such a thing" .Mike Goyette and Steve Barlow make up the other two thirds of the Helljacks. Both seasoned in the N.E. and East Coast Rock and Blues scenes."When February rolls around up here you're gonna wish you were in Hell just to stay warm"says Barlow."How'd we get the name? Our first bass player Jack asked his girlfriend how we sounded at a practice and she said ...You sound like Hell Jack....Snake ended up firing his ass and kept the name sort of.We couldnt stand his girlfriend and he sucked anyway"says Goyette. On a side note ,Snake released a 12 song Alt-country/Outlaw/Rock album Aug. 2013 titled "After Church".
