From their unorthodox show intros, to appearances from the 16th president of The United States, to their crowd pleasing mash-up masterpiece of the “Freestyle Funk”, Two Fifteen is always going to keep you wondering, what’s next? This Alternative Metal band from Milwaukee was formed in 2009 by lead vocalist Josh C. and drummer Eric Peters. Influenced by bands like Nirvana, Deftones, Alice in Chains and Sevendust, along with various artists in pop, punk and hip-hop, the two put into motion the groundwork of what you see today. With the additions of guitarist, Johnny Ruckus and bassist, David Harris, the bands sound has continued to evolve, but the objective has remained the same: record songs people will enjoy listening to, but knock peoples heads back when they see Two Fifteen live.
As the wheels begin to turn and their sound continues to evolve, Two Fifteen’s brand new album “The Dark Passenger”, set to be released this February (2013), has the band ready to make a lasting impression on music fans everywhere. Thicker, more aggressive guitar riffs, along with the newly introduced vocals of drummer Eric Peters, have given way to yet another creative avenue for front man Josh C. and the rest of Two Fifteen to explore. Considering Two Fifteen has always sought out to create music with no set boundaries, there’s no telling how far they are going to take this. With plans to play as many shows as possible this year, including another trip to the worlds largest music festival, Summerfest, Two Fifteen is excited to continue building their fan base and getting their music heard to whoever is willing to listen.
We disbanded in May of 2013. As of August 17, 2014, we have gotten back together!!! We look forward to seeing out at the shows!!
