Trice / Bio

Singer, songwriter, rocked from the childhood by Soul and Gospel, Trice made its first steps in the music by co-basing in 1992 the vocal gospel group a cappella “Sweetness”. He will occupy in front of numerous concerts and festivals in France and Europe during more than ten years and will be lucky to share the stage of big artists as Michael Jackson in 1997 at Lausanne - Switzerland.
Trice begins its solo career in the 2000s and studies in parallel the art of the mixing to perfect its mastery of the musical producing.
Fascinated, he has for artistic references the various universes of the afro - american music. These influences (Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations…) will strengthen a complete and already well asserted musical personality.
Like Stevie Wonder and Luther Vandross, artists whom he admires so much, Trice chooses to conceive alone the completeness of his songs.
In 2010, he’s producer and executive producer of his debut album titled “HOPE”.
With Hope, Trice delivers us a rich opus, in the authentic style, where unite rhythmical melodies and soft, warm and slightly veiled stamp of voice. From the acoustic and spiritual "Badiya" to the sensual " Shake your body ", Hope is a window opened on the world, people and God. He makes us share his sensibility and his attentive glance on these small adventures and big feelings which make the life.
