Almost Breathing / Bio

Almost Breathing formed August 2008 in Marshall, Arkansas as a two man band, then progressed into a five piece band by 2009. Almost Breathing released their first 5 song demo in 2009, With their songs "Breakdown", " I Need You", "All Hope Is Gone", "Broken Pieces", and "Can't Live Without You".
Early 2010, issues between the members lead to a break-up. The band reformed soon after with new guitarist Austin Rea. For personal reasons, frontman Chris Pinson and drummer Gus Millsap left the band October 2010.
February 2011 the band announced that Almost Breathing would again re-unite with the original line-up (Chris Pinson, Cody Yancey, Ben Witcher, Farrell Smith and Gus Millsap). During 2011, Almost Breathing played a number of shows in Little Rock and northern Arkansas, as well as released a rough sketch of their song "Blinded".
The end of 2011 saw once again the break up of the band since drummer Gus Millsap left for the Army.
August 2013, Almost Breathing came together again after two years to perform a reunion show at The Drop Zone in Leslie, AR. At this show they played their brand new song "Take A Lesson" which features Almost Breathing's newest member Lucas Vincent on keyboard and synth.
