Truman Brothers / Bio

TRUMAN is a duo out of Nashville, TN made up of brothers, Ben and Chad Truman- sons of keyboardist Dan Truman of the Grammy-winning group, Diamond Rio. TRUMAN formed in 2005 in Provo, Utah and won the student-voted "Battle Of The Bands" two years in a row at Brigham Young University.

Following their success in Utah, the duo began to perform at colleges/universities all over the United States, sharing the stage with such artists as Kelly Clarkson, David Archuleta, Diamond Rio, & Josh Kelley. TRUMAN has now brought their show to more than 100 different cities in 30 states, as well as performances in London, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.

Combining a range of influences from Stevie Wonder to John Mayer, the brothers create a sound that is founded on rich vocals and passionate songwriting. Following the release of their debut album Hold On To Love in 2009, their music has been featured in movies and on various award-winning albums.
