Belmont Lights / Bio

Belmont Lights is an Alt/Pop/Rock band from San Diego, CA.
Since their mid-2012 release, Belmont Lights has been featured in the Music Connection Magazine (November 2012 Issue) with the highest rated album review (9.0/10.0) and featured in the Music Connection Magazine (December 2012 Issue) as the Top 100 Live Unsigned Bands, as well as the Top 10 Album Reviews of the Year. The live show of Belmont Lights has been well received, which has earned them shows on the main stages of the House of Blues Sunset Strip, the House of Blues San Diego, The Roxy, The Troubadour, The Viper Room, and the Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco, and has allowed them opening slots for national acts such as Andy Grammer, ZZ Ward, Ernie Halter, Tony Lucca, and John West, along with an invitation to play the 2013 Whole Planet event at SXSW in Austin, TX. The band released their sophomore EP entitled, "Empyrean Kings" in the beginning of 2014.
Their lead single "Raise Up" has been featured on the CBS series "Madam Secretary" trailer and the NFL Network national 2014 campaign.
The band has begun touring the West Coast again and are gearing up for a summer national tour.
