Tina deVaron / Bio

The multi-talented Tina deVaron is an acclaimed singer, songwriter, and jazz pianist. Her very first major label cover, “Adore You,” was performed by the Grammy-nominated group Anointed and reached #1 on the Gospel charts, and her dance track “If I Close My Eyes” reached number two on the dance radio charts. Her collections of originals have been called: "Brilliant, funny, wise," by Anne Lamott. A musical based on her songs, "Perfect Mothers" received a reading at the 2013 New York Musicals Festival, and starred Tony Award winner Adriane Lenox, and Tony Nominee Nancy Opel, and other Broadway stars, Jenn Colella, Kenita Miller, and Amy Bodnar. Tina just released her latest collection of originals: "Tuckerman's Ravine," a folk tinged project about sanity, poets and poetry; fathers, sons, and the making of art. This collection was produced and curated by Tina's oldest son, Nick Lerangis, whose co-write "Anna Sun" with his former band, Walk the Moon, climbed the Billboard Hot 100 in 2012.
