Pete is a dynamic drummer's drummer, and has played in the Cincinnati scene for over 20 years. From bandana and jeans, to tux, impromptu jams to theater and jazz charts to orchestra and society gigs, Pete has done it all well. Metronomic time, excellent ears and feel, countless beats and rhythms, and thousands of cover songs learned and played.
Pete has played with the following artists; Billboard #1 artist Johnny Tillotson, H-Bomb Ferguson, Keith Little, Stacy Mitchart, CAMMY Award winner Bluestone Ivory, Montgomery Gentry sideman Harold Kennedy, Scotty Anderson, Brian Hogg, jazz great Jerry Bergonzi, Maynard Ferguson trumpeter Nick Drozdoff, Cincinnati vocal sensation P. Ann Everson, International Blues Challenge winners Noah Wotherspoon, Jimmy D Rogers, Sonny Moorman, II Juicy/The Juice feat. Bob Hermann, Mr. Keith Little, Sonny Hill and Al Collins of Them Bones, Cheryl Rennae, along with countless others.
Pete was named Best Drummer back to back years in Cincy Vibe magazine. Teaching privately, many of Pete's students are Ohio All State Orchestra and Jazz drummers and percussionists. Pete has shared the stage with bluesman Clarence Carter, country artist Josh Gracin, new sensation BlackBerry Smoke, Stacie Collins, Jason & The Scorchers, Dan Baird of Georgia Satellites, and other international artists at various festivals.
Pete is available for recording, sub gigs, short term touring, and will consider permanent positions with the right artist.
