Danny Jung / Bio

Contemporary Jazz Recording Artist and Composer Danny Jung was raised in Texas where Soul, R&B and Gospel music has highly influenced his playing style. He graduated from Berklee College Of Music in 1997 with a degree in Industry Business & Music Production. Danny signed with Sony Records as their very first Asian American instrumental artist and has produced many records such as Reflections, Make a Wish, Right On TIme, The Christmas Story etc. Danny has collaborated with Grammy Award Artists such as Norman Brown, All 4 One and FourPlay member Nathan East as he urges his creativity to be taken to another level.
Danny's Vocal approach of playing the saxophone has caught the attention from Jazz Lovers all across the globe and is consistently ranked in the Adult Contemporary Billboard Charts with his high energy and catchy melodies. Danny has toured and performed with Christopher Cross, Patti Austin, Dave Koz, and many other artists.
He is very active in Asia and UK as a performing artist where he is often invited to various TV and Radio shows which he feels is an effective way connect his music with his own ethnic culture. Danny Jung wishes to use his musical gift and endeavors to make a positive difference in his lifetime.
