Tim Kleiman / Bio

Initially, it was the visual side of rock n’ roll that prompted Tim’s journey into music. He was so captivated by the costumes and theatrics of the band KISS that at 5 years old he began taking guitar lessons.

At age 12 Tim began forming rock bands, living in Seattle during the grunge explosion and attending The Evergreen State College, where he obtained a B.A. in music.

In the 90's, Tim played with the Arizona based jam band “Spirit Union Revival", recording an album and touring extensively.

Eventually, Tim moved back to his home town of Los Angeles and formed the band “Debrix” releasing a self-titled record.

In the summer of 2010 Tim toured with the veteran rock/metal band “Culprit,” headlining the Headbangers Open Air Festival in Hamburg, Germany.

Tim is currently performing on guitar with "Live From Earth", California's best Pat Benatar tribute band. Visit the band's facebook page for a show schedule and more info.

“The Seventh Hour", formed with former Lenny Kravitz back-up singers Todd and Troy Garner, has released their self-titled debut on iTunes and is currently working on new material.

Tim lives in Studio City, California, where he teaches guitar and bass lessons and hosts concerts with his student rock group “Obvious Plagiarism.”
