The Devil & The Southern Fellowship:
From the ashes of numerous local bands the foundation of the “Fellowship” was founded. The concept of this formation was to simply play and write music for those tired of what is currently available. The name alone means so many different things to people. The name instills fear in the uninitiated, and can provide for 'belonging' in others. This is plain and simple “mood music for the forgotten and left behind souls”.
Moose stands strong with providing vocals while pounding on his guitar. Mike provides percussion; pushing band members and audience to be in constant motion. Chad introduces melodic guitar parts to open the songs breath, and provides background vocals. Sean incorporates the powerful low end of the bass to fill all gaps and provide solidness to every song. Terry provides intriguing guitar structures, setting the audiences destination to be traveled.
Do not be deceived, this is not a “cover band”. This is not a genre specific band. The Devil & The Southern Fellowship provides songs from all genres. If you have enjoyed any music from the 1960's to today, there will be some food for your ears. The Devil & The Southern Fellowship combines 70's thundering arena rock, with the soulful 90's “alternative”, splashing in some 80's pop/head bouncing music, tastefully composed to the 2000's composite-driven music, with an occasional dash of alt-country.
