UniverSouLove a.k.a. Christopher D. Sims is a nationally known poet, writer, author and performer. Born and raised in the Midwest of the U.S.A. this creative spirit is no rookie to the stage, the page, or the microphone. Since 1998 UniverSouLove has performed in open mikes across America. As a poet, he started at Memphis Tennessee's Precious Cargo. New York, NY, Rockford, IL, Beloit, WI, Madison, WI, Toronto, Canada, Chicago, IL, Louisville, KY and other cities have all witnessed the poetic gifts and community organizing talents of UniverSouLove. Currently, he is an open mike host and performs nationally.
