Returning to your roots can be a hard thing to do especially when the band is young with little roots to return to. For the Pina Brothers Band, returning to their roots means returning to the roots of Rock n' Roll that they hear on the radio. Influenced heavily by Southern Rock and Blues, The Pina Brothers are playing music of this genre but on their own terms. Blurring the lines of what is thought to be traditional Rock, Blues, Southern Rock and Jazz, The Pina Brothers have made a style truly all their own.

Influences: Victor Wooten, Stu Hamm, Flea (Michael Balzary), and Steve Sifuentez.
Brandon started the band with a good ear for timing and desire to “sound different". Brandon has had several instructors that have greatly influenced his taste in music and the “elite guitarist".
Influences: Peter Frampton, Jimmi Hendrix, Doyle Bramhall, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Randy Fields, Randy Zellers, and Justin Andrew Murray.
Eager to join his brothers; Chris wanted to try drums. He has worked hard to learn fills and keep time.
Influences: The Mad Drummer (Steve Moore), Kim Gearey, and Colby Aiken.
