Hayden Kaye / Bio

The organic music created by Hayden Kaye gives an alternative, folk-rock vibe that intrigues their listeners to bring forth their true self. Hayden Kaye brings their audience to a higher reality where appreciation grows for the present moment. Their synchronized harmonies and raw acoustics reflect their passion for life and each other. Hayden Kaye's members, Robert Hayden (vocalist, guitarist, harmonicist, songwriter) and Miranda Kaye (vocalist, hand percussion, ukulelist, songwriter), met while performing in Oscar Wilde's play, An Ideal Husband, as love interests in a black box theater at Northern Kentucky University. The play was performed in wheelchairs, but that's another story...

Miranda and Robbie also lead faith based worship at NKU's Wesley Foundation, with whom they have traveled to share music at various mission shelters.

After the first time they played as a band in public together on a Fort Thomas, Kentucky street corner, they’ve appeared on local television, news, and radio stations. Hayden Kaye recorded their debut album and music video in late 2012 for their single, "In the Night," which they played for Dave Matthews Band's violinist, Boyd Tinsley, at his meet and greet. They perform at many venues, festivals, and weddings in the Cincinnati area and have toured the Madison Theater, Thompson House, local wineries, and Tootsie's Orchid Lounge in Nashville, TN. Recently, they opened for the Grammy nominated band, Gungor, for the kickoff of Gungor’s world tour.
