Born in Ethiopia of Indian parents, Tom Prasada--Rao was raised on R&B and Ravi Shankar in Washington DC. With a shelf full of songwriting awards, he brings groove and spirituality to the stage, studio, and classroom.
TPR lives in TX with Cary Cooper, two precocious stepdaughters, and a really large golden doodle named Thurman.
