Reverend Jones and The Missionaries / Bio

Rev Jones and the Missionaries is a one-woman Folk band. Toya Jones (vocals, drums, guitar, ukulele, keys, washboard, djembe etc…) was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. Her love for music dates back to as far as she can remember. RJATM writes all of her music and plays all of the instruments that you are hearing in her recordings. She is not professionally trained, just passionately, self taught. Her influences are broad which allows her to cook up creations that are truly her own. RJATM is committed to sharing her sound and is currently seeking some talented folks to possibly collaborate with. ”I don't believe that you must be a great singer to make people dance. You just have to be able to create good music"... "Somewhere, someone out there will appreciate what I do."
