Monica Giles and the Snake Oil Salesmen / Bio

Better than ever, Monica Giles zooms through the beginning stages of her musical career. Though she is still so young, there is nothing this woman can't conquer.
Pursuit of her musical career began at age sixteen with some professional recordings. Since then, she has traveled across the Midwest headlining different festivals, received international radio play, and has had very few weekends off from a live show.
A timeless voice paired with an acoustic guitar makes for a show not to be missed. The setup itself is quite simple, but from the moment Monica sings the first note, you will be able to feel the passion and hard work she has put into making her career flourish. A blues and indie mix is the best way to describe her sound, yet that doesn't seem to do justice to the captivating performance, for it is an experience all its' own.
With plans for an EP to be released in the Fall of 2015, Monica Giles is ready to show that her time is now.

As for the duo acoustic show, Monica is accompanied by Robin Leitch. Robin is a singer/songwriter currently residing in Munising, MI. Originally a chef from San Diego, Robin traded in his kitchen knives for a new guitar. His indie/folk style fits nicely in numerous venues. Monica and Robin have been playing together for some time now and have received rave reviews from around the Midwest. His classic, rythmic guitar and her smooth vocals compliment each other perfectly. It is a show not to be missed.
