Five guys from cologne report to duty. They gather in the shadow of Ehrenfeld's lighthouse and roam the streets together out to new frontiers.
Their music ranges from dusty Americana to driven Alternative, shimmering like a hot summer night. Playing together, the guys create a special energy that turns every stage into an endless highway.
Just finished recording their first demo, they made it into the finals of "Köln Rockt", Cologne's biggest band contest, got loads of great press and played gigs in front of hundreds of delighted listeners. To round up their first half year together, they were invited to be the houseband of "DRadio Wissen", a German radio station, and perform live and unplugged for 2 hours in the studio - a running start for the guys.
"Sons of the Lighthouse" haven't reached the horizon yet - they've just started walking.
