The Road Dogs / Bio

The Road Dogs is a Belarusian band of seasoned blues/rock musicians whose playing is reminiscent of Walter Trout, SRV, Jimmy Hendrix, ZZ Top. The band is arguably the best of its kind in Belarus and has been a regular participant of local and cross-border blues/rock festivals in Eastern Europe (e.g. Suwalki Blues Festival 2012, Minsk Blues Festival 2008, 2009, among others), sharing the stage with U.S. and European blues/rock stars including Sonny Landreth, Tom Principato, Fred Chapellier, Innes Sibun, blues bands form Poland (Bluezcz Blues Band), Switzerland (Hendrix Cousins Band), Latvia (The Twins Peek), Russia, Ukraine, and others.

The band’s repertoire includes blues standards, rock numbers and original songs. By the end of 2012 the band will have released its debut album. The frontman’s haunting vocals, the guitarist’s fluent command of the instrument, the rhythm section’s smoothness, precision, and drive are what makes The Road Dogs a real crowd favorite.
