Hello World! It's been a long time coming if you ask Peyce. "Being born and raised in Harlem, FL it was very difficult dealing with everyday problems."
To keep his mind off the issues faced with everyday life Peyce formed Coelated a Hip-Hop/Rap duo with his brother Jay Moody. In 2009 they began recording their first well thought out project at 3DE studios in Orlando, FL. Once the project was finished they titled it Coelated and it was very well received by the Central region of Florida. Coelated went on to move thousands of copies independently and gained the group respect among local DJs and Venues.
Coelated went on to perform 46 weeks straight with Soul Kamotion at the AKA Lounge, 57 West and Tavern on the Lake in Orlando, FL for Sunday Night Live. They also performed at the Band shell in Daytona Beach with the crowd numbering in the hundreds. After auditioning the group was selected to perform during the Daytona Music Appreciation Week. The duo opened for Tavoria & P.I. Bang at the Coliseum a premier nightclub in Daytona Beach. After giving such an amazing performance the nightclub manager asked the group to set up a show of their own. They teamed up with a live band and performed a eight track set in front of a crowd of 2000 and brought down the house with DJ D-Strong of 102 Jamz Orlando on the turn tables.
Following Coelated the duo decided to work on separate projects because their fans called for it. They began working with 3DE at Plush Recording Studios with super Engineer Mr. B the Blender. Peyce decided that the Florida scene was moving slow for his style of music. Peyce relocated to Boston, MA and teamed up with the Haywire Musiq Nation. Peyce and Haywire went on to record about ten records and composed dozens more. Many songs are set to be released this upcoming summer on the new Coelated Summer: The Heat Up EP
Coelated bring versatility using whit and real life allowing the listener to understand the picture being painted. Their music offers purpose, passion, and great word play. They are currently in the studio working on an EP. The first single off the upcoming EP "Go Hard" was released March 5, 2010 digitally and can be found on I Tunes. The second single is set to release June and will be entitled "Insomnia". For Bookings, Features, or other inquiries contact Coelated at,email@example.com.
