Deejay St.Joel started deejaying in East Bloomington, M.N. at 17 years of age, deejaying house parties and started broadcasting at John F. Kennedy Senior High School's TV Station as an anchor in midday school updates. Attending Bemidji State University in Bemidji, M.N. in 1997 and started in radio at 89.7 KBSU College Radio, where the Name "Joel The Jock That Rock's" was created. Tapping into the small almost non-existent hip-hop scene where Joel was able to create a name for himself, began a Hip-Hip Radio Show, a three hour show once a week, later reading a 30 Second Dairy Queen script in Introduction to Audio class and was instantly hired at RP Broadcasting as a board operater, which later turned into an On-Air Position at their three Radio Stations: 103.7 The Mix, 98.3 Real Country Bemidji and 1360 AM Sports Talk Radio. After Bemidji State Joel was hired by Radio One as a Promotions Assistant and Part time On-Air Announcer at B96.3 in Mpls, M.N. and began spinning in MPLS Nightclubs. Switching his name From "Joel The That Rocks" to "Iball The Loudmouth" for a fresh new start as a Hype Man for Souls of Life Records in the Late 90's Minneapolis M.N. hip hop scene, collaborating with artists such as: Golden, Jayechs, Try-D, Jacque Ku'Sto, Unknown Prophets, Kanser, 612 Records, Ankor, Grip. By 2002 Joel Quit Radio and Tackled the strip club scene realizing how fast money can be made because exotic dancers tip the deejay at the end of the night. Joel Started at Dream Girls in 1997 as a bouncer during summer break where he got a taste of the fast life, then officially deejaying at 418 in late 2001, moving to Jake's in Coates M.N. by late 2002, in the same year worked for Class Act in Cannon Falls M.N., and Border Lounge in Hager City Wisconsin, by 2003 Joel helped start Fat Jack's Cabaret in Bock, M.N. all owned by the same owner at the time, later leaving for the Big Time" Deja Vu Mpls" in July 0f 2004. The Ultimate and Top of the Strip Club Chain and most well-known strip-club in Minnesota. For last time, Joel Changed his name to "Deejay St.Joel," and still works for Deja Vu Entertainment and emcees and deejays any size event with a full mobile system and light show! Joel is also the resident deejay at Pov's Sports Bar in Andover, M.N. and you can see him rock the turntables every Thursday Night.
