I was born a breech baby at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH in 1973. Since then I have been kind of an ambidextrous righty who pens as a lefty and kicks with both feet.
In my early age, we moved as a family away from neighbors (except for those few close ones at arms’ length) to a small riverside home where we could be as loud and as free as nature allowed. When not out exploring the river or woods, I found music a rewarding hobby and often played for the birds in the sky and the dogs on the porch; at first a trumpet, and later a nylon stringed guitar... strings won me over.
Twenty-five years and many pages later I am still at it. I enjoy writing and singing about things I know. And I am always eager meet folks who once seemed so distant while growing up at the end of that road. I guess you could say it’s in my blood.
These few songs reflect ways I see the world, notions I am happy to convey to anyone willing to listen and consider.
