K.C.B. / Bio

KCB (Brett Doleshal) grew up in Kansas City. At age 17 he started performing in rap battles while making his first mix tape "PTTE'. He used that mix tape as therapy for the tough times he went through in high school and in life in general. Then KCB had more and more trouble but continued to record and perform songs. Next came his mix tape "MY LIFE", which got released on his 24th birthday on August 9, 2012 after doing his time. He uses music as a way of therapy, and a way of life. KCB hopes to be signed by a record label and will continue to perform at more shows. He performed at various house parties, bars, and the Granada Theatre in Lawrence, KS, Past Times in Gulf Gate (Sarasota, FL) on November 9, 2012 at the 941 rap fest. KCB hosted and headlined for the first time @ the live wire summer showcase @ Jagers on August 17, 2013 in Sarasota, FL. Other artists such as SOTA, Shantel Norman, and Kaitie Clarke also performed @ The Live Wire Summer Showcase. He then opened for a rock band Seven Years Past along side Kaitie Clarke and Allen Pryor III singing hooks throughout the set at Jakes Tavern in the "One More Night of Fright" showcase. KCB released his first EP via iTunes, Amazon, and CD Baby via digital download @ https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/choices-ep/id892605011

He performs every Friday night @ the Boba House in Tampa, Florida as well as every other Wednesday @ 210 Tavern in Sarasota, FL. Look to see more of KCB in the future because of his hard working mentality, violin/fiddle skills, rhyming capabilities, and his unique tone and flow. He is currently working on his first album "LOST AND FOUND". Look to see his album coming out in 2015 in Kansas City, his home town.
