Hailing from a city known for its cheesesteaks, rich American history and rowdy sports fans; First Things First formed in a suburban Philadelphia garage at the end of summer 2010. Their debut EP "The Brighter Side" (recorded with Brooks Paschal of Mockingbird Studios) was released in March of 2011 and the three suburban Philadelphia kids have not looked back since. With almost ten tours under the belt in just two years time, the road is where First Things First belongs.
Constant touring and social networking has led the band to sell over 1,500 copies of their EP "The Brighter Side" in North & South America, Australia, Europe, and Asia. First Things First has also claimed victory in events such as Journey's Backyard BBQ Battle of The Bands in 2012 and mtvU's The Freshman in October of 2012. Most recently, First Things First were featured in the AP&R section of Alternative Press' March 2013 issue.
With no plans to slow down, First Things First will continue traveling the country in 2013 playing for everyone between the two oceans that border this continent.
