As the art of music channels true emotions, many artist has grasped this concept and fully emerged to be in full command of there craft. Jroc whose real name is Jamarcus Sibley fits firmly in this category. His new single, She Know How To Do It, is captivating and dead on in terms of significant talent, the music feels recognized in the best possible way, while striking out on its own territory.
Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jroc spent his childhood growing up fast looking over his brother and two sisters. As an outlet to enjoy life sports became more of a calling. He explains, " Football was a way of staying out of trouble and someday making my mother proud". Eventually trouble found him or he would say " I found trouble". " Sports was out the question, it became survive by any means ".
Jroc acquired the name from just being hard as a rock, in life, sport and as a fighter. He states, " In our hood we use to freestyle battle and they were pretty tough so you had to know how to fight." " I always loved music from Lil Wayne to Jay Z and thought one day I can tell my story". At the age 25 music became real for him more so a lifestyle.
As his name grew in and around Charlotte area, the pieces are beginning to fall in place for him. Performing at clubs and open mics, also getting spins on a larger scale through internet radio. Jroc hooked up with other inspiring artist forming a music label called Gang Green Nation Entertainment."My crew goes hard, creating new flavor, being different and entertaining." He seem to be right at home with the same mission to make his mother proud.
From the new single "She Know How To Do It" one hears melodic irresistibility and lyrical emotion. "The song is about strong women who never quits,who's about buisness,in which most terms would be considered a boss and to keep doing just that."
Jroc continues to push innovative and inspiring music with his label. "The hustle never ends we haven't even scratch the surface, theres plenty cities to visit." Jroc is now being heard on air and striving for high demand through the quality of his work.
