Gentri Watson is a Salt Lake City-born singer-songwriter. She learned to play the guitar at the age of 16 and shortly after started writing songs and performing. She has collaborated with artists Ashlee K Thomas, Sean Hayes, and Gregory Alan Isakov to name a few. Her music is an honest, earthy and original blend of indie-folk with a hint of pop. This desert rose currently lives in Bellingham, Washington where she’s working on her first full length studio album. She is a student of yoga and can often be seen performing in yoga studios, retreats and yoga festivals.
Gentri met singer-songwriter and social activist, Benjie Howard when they began collaborating in 2011 for his latest record “Secrets Like Bones” released in 2012. They are currently traveling and playing as a duo.
