Undun was among the most popular heavy metal musical acts in Colorado during the early 2000’s. They played at nearly every theater and bar in the Denver area and supported acts such as Hanzel Und Gretyl, Hate Dept., Voudoo, and Abloom. Undun has been featured on 103.5 The Fox, 106.7 KBPI, Radio 3 UK, and several internet radio stations. They released their first EP in 2003, entitled “Caged” which contained 3 songs recorded with founding drummer “Chewie.” Soon after, they parted ways with Chewie and brought on Scott Vanderbroek, a/k/a Munkii as their new drummer. In 2004, they released an album entitled “All Things Undun” which contained 6 original songs and a remix. During this time they also released several teaser videos, a music video and a new line of merchandise featuring the women’s line, “undunderwear”. In 2005 the band formally parted ways after playing their final show at the famous Rock Island Nightclub in Denver, Co. Undun members include Chris Schmidt “Beef” on vocals, Chris Stevenson “Pappy” on guitar, Scott Vanderbroek “Munkii” on drums and Dan Childs on bass.
