The White Dress EP is truly the culmination of a life. Recorded in analog- the songs evoke a nostalgia of 1960's folk and soul music with hints of Patty Griffin, Carol King and notes of Nancy Sinatra coupled with the heart and soul of Motown Records. Angie Fenton is a Northern California bred girl who spent much of her time among the redwoods learning Beatles songs on her guitar and Carol King hits on the family piano. Her surroundings so beautiful that inevitably she had to create art that reflected the beauty she took in. Now in Tennessee she has put together her debut record with the help of producer/engineer "Doctor" Nathan McFarland and a phenomenal cast of studio musicians including bassist Craig Jordan, drummer Eric Woodie & the elegant tones of Cellist Emily Nelson. The album also features additional lead guitars by Nathan McFarland with guitars and background vocals by Dan Fenton. Listen and enjoy.
