Simona Nachthexe ( Forlì, 23/ 04 /1976) is an Italian gothic rock singer. Her voice can be warm, deep and sensual but also powerful and aggressive.
At the age of 21 she started to study singing with the soprano Nella Servadei Cioja, but after very few lessons she got tired of her as she didn't appreciate and always criticized her extravagant look, made of t-shirts of metal bands, black gothic dresses and smokey eyes...
So she changed school and decided to study with the very talented jazz singer Elisa Sedioli.
She sang in the Florentine gothic rock band December 21 for two years, from February 2010 until June 2012.
She is a great Madonna fan since she was a child and her great devotion to the queen of pop has deeply influenced her vocal style, extremely passionate and full of pathos.
Since March 2012 she has been studying vocal technique with the soul singer Sara Ferrini.
Vegetarian and animal right activist, she hates every form of animal cruelty.
