S'mores(z) history begins with a Campus Crusade meeting. Jered Feldman met Cameron Fletcher at a Kansas City area Campus Crusade for Christ meeting back in the fall of 2002. They soon struck up an inseperable friendship.
Fast forward to 2004, Jered had done some solo gigs perfoming many of the same songs that would later become S'mores(z) material. Jered and Cameron decided to play a gig one night at the Black Dog Coffeehouse. S'mores (as it was known then) was born.
Jered and Cameron performed at a few coffeehouses around the KC area, from then until early 2005. Then, the unthinkable happened, Jered got married in April 2005 and went off to Hannibal, Missouri so Jered could go to school there. S'mores was on hiatus.
That hiatus was lifted in March 2012 as S'mores(z) (new name same great music) performed at the Refuge.
Then in May they performed at Parkside Coffeehouse.
Now S'mores(z) is back in business and hopes to log some studio time for our first full length release sometime in the next year or so.
Be looking for us at various Coffeehouses and concert halls around the city as well. S'mores(z) is back and better than ever! And to think that it all started with a Campus Crusade meeting.
