Dylan was born and raised in Dallas, TX. After his formative years of learning, playing, and writing with late Dallas musician Carter Albrecht he became something of a migrant troubadour. He has been crafting, honing, and living through his songs from San Diego, to New York, to Chicago, Dublin, Denver, Austin, and now calls Los Angeles home. His songs and performances are a synthesis of the highs, lows, lefts, rights, and all characters he has met along the way.
In 2011 he was recognized for his songwriting by ASCAP as a finalist for the Robert Allen Songwriting award, and his music has been featured on the Golf Channel and CBS Radio LA. His songs and performances are a synthesis of the highs, lows, lefts, rights, and all characters he has met along the way. Dylan is currently playing around the LA area (Room 5, House of Blues, The Troubadour, Witzend, The Mint) and finishing up his debut solo full length album with producer Max Allyn, tentatively titled "From the Swill to the Swell."
