Noise Chemistry / Bio

Noise Chemistry is, what the name says.. we take different genres, and different cultures and mix them in a studio, to create the chemistry of noise... some of it work, and some of it blows up in our faces. you get the nice stuff, while we rebuild and repaint the studio.
the band formed in 2012, when Mic and Scott met over a cup of coffee, with the same idea in mind: Form a band of the likes no one has ever done... later we added Paul Tobin on drums. after some searching, we found Amy Rants, but she was committed to her college Jazz chorale. so we waited patiently for that to be over.. then asked (nicely) if she'd join the band.. she said "yes".. and the lab was ready.
we wrote and wrote, and wrote, and erased, and rewrote and .. erm..
anyway, we got some songs done.
Unfortunately for us (but fortunately for HIM). Paul got a Big Promotion at work. he had to leave us in January 2014. we spent the next four months searching for drummers. I interviewed 113 applicants, and we tried out 32. we finally found the perfect replacement for Paul, in Ted Benish. a funky Viking, with the personality of .. well,.. a really nice guy.
so, with the band back together, we are now getting geared up for shows and recording.
keep your ears to the ground.. you may just hear us coming up
